RenovisionsHaving two shower heads and separate marble
shelves and seats is a convenience they both enjoy. They particularly adored the “worn oak vinyl flooring” by Amtico which looked just like wood without the maintenance. The custom vanity and linen tower cabinetry was custom cherry with a mocha finish and was a stunning contrast to the neutral tile and all wood beadboard that created a resort-like feel for our clients.

DGLifestyles LuxPreCreateHomesOur complete Design & Lighting Design Package for a Modern Corporate Bathroom Design. Our task was to complement the design that was depicted by the architect with a Lighting & Mirror Design.
For this we used turn to a lighting/mirror package by Electric Lighting, a manufacture who's lighting falls under the Hospitality Design category.
We have also featured a few other lighting/mirror designs by the manufacture, some of which consist of an actual television within the mirror itself. (photograph captured by Norman Allen)
One Room at a Time, Inc.Completed in conbination with a master suite finish upgrade. This was a gutt and remodel. Tuscan inspired 3-room master bathroom. 3 vanities. His and hers vanityies in the main space plus a vessel sink vanity adjacent to the toilet and shower. Tub room features a make-up vanity and storage cabinets. Granite countertops. Decorative stone mosaics and oil rubbed bronze hardware and fixtures. Arches help recenter an asymmetrical space. Existing white exterior windows were custom stained with wood grain look.

A gabled portico entry leads to the core of the home, which was the only portion of the original home, while the living and private areas were all new construction. The light-filled living room features one of two original fireplaces in the home which were refurbished and converted to natural gas. The estate boasts a 75-foot lap pool which runs parallel to the Intracoastal and a cabana with summer kitchen and fireplace. A covered loggia is an alfresco entertaining space with architectural columns framing the waterfront vistas.
