Cotuit Beach House
Situated on the edge of ocean in Cotuit, this transitional-style shingle ocean house peeks out from the towering beech trees that surround it. When the clients approached Latitude, they had their existing summer home which they wanted to demolish. The challenge was to create something that kept with the traditional cape cod home vernacular and looked towards the future with a more modern flare.
