Kenmore Hills Residence (renovation and extension)
This project involved the renovation and extension of a family home with a robust new covered deck area, substantial retaining and earthworks and the reconfiguring of an existing swimming pool. A mature avocado tree, while presenting a challenge during construction, now rests as a feature that steps in and out of the new work, complementing the green wall and stone fireplace.
A once dated swimming pool and surrounding hardscape were given a modern overhaul with square sides and clean lines.
Our foreman Darryl’s broad construction experience was crucial in coordinating the work of several specialist trades and in repairing existing faults in the house while staying true to an existing aesthetic. The result is a generous entertainment area that has been built to last.
