Love's Glow was commissioned for this living space by a couple looking to revive memories of their honeymoon days wandering in the Peek District in Autumn.
The painting is in the form of a triptych of autumn leaves with dappled sunlight.
Colours from the room and furniture are picked up in the painting and bring the scheme together. The three panels reflect the proportions of the leading in the windows
I have been told that relaxing in front of the painting every evening has revived those memories so much that the couple feel like newlyweds again after 16 years of marriage.
