Due to the long hauls at remote locations within the Caribbean, and infrequent stops for re-stocking, it was imperative that we provide abundant cold storage. We combined the Sub Zero 736, 700BF, 700BR and two UC15IP ice makers.
Other challenges included working around the existing ventilation and fire suppression system, which we fit into upper wall cabinet. Replacing existing commercial cooking equipment with two SO30FS2 Wolf Ovens, a CT30E/S electric cooktop, a CT30I/S induction cooktop, an IG15/S grill, which will meet all their cooking requirements.
