Voila!
The sun is setting on another great day! We constructed a freestanding granite wall to create a raised garden bed that will double as a seat wall. A mature Yoshino cherry was chosen to cast shade over the patio while roses, hydrangea and several flowering perennials fill the remainder of the planting bed. The teak boardwalk radiates around the granite firepit and frames the irregular quartzite stone patio.
