Window Treatments
This living room has twenty foot ceilings with five separate windows. Two large windows on one wall facing south east, one above the other, and three smaller windows located on the adjacent east facing wall. The room is bathed in sunlight from sun up till mid afternoon.
The window pictured here was the only one at ground level the other four are all on the upper level. This window features a traditional swag with cascades and tied back panels with traversing sheers.
All the windows on the upper level feature remote control screen shades to which are usually lowered in the morning and only raised in the afternoon or evening. The screen shades were added to reduce heat and to protect the furniture from the UV rays.
