I like the softness the plantings provide in between the pool and fireplace area.

What if was my visual when we looked at the East Side of our property? OR EVEN, not all the way to property line- what if this was an extension of our current patio? The fireplace went where the chaise lounges currently are and a pergola extended from North to South across the back yard? That way we could BBQ, entertain, and enjoy the fire all in the same general area.

We would do this behind our fountain area in pool. I really like this idea...maybe make the fireplace a little more low-po so it doesn't impede the view!

Q

Billede

Love this gate: color and style

Q

Billede

If we changed out the cross- members of our current patio to slightly larger "boards" it would look just like this

Q

Billede

Love these flowers.

Q

Billede

Like these house colors, trying to see what color the patio cover is...a washed grey?

Q

Billede

done. love, love, love the gate. stone wall is a little much. but i love the flagstone on the ground

Q

Billede

Love the faint design painted on stucco

Q

Billede

Like the funky-ness of this fountain!

Q

Billede

Such an amazing, well engineered design- love the look of this project!

Q

Billede

Like the look to this: lots of color, meandering paths, rocks...

Q

Billede

Thinking a path similar to this (yet much smaller) cutting through the grass in the front yard as a pedestrian path that connects Arroyo Cajon parking.

Q

Billede

This would be an easy update to existing patio cover- just take off cross members...but probably not much shade

Q

Another photo from that house, I want to copy this entire thing...I love it!!

Q

Billede

I love this fencing. I am thinking of we did a wood-type post and rail in the front that echoed this same design, it may look amazing! This is CA and around a pool- so it must meet state codes?! I saw this same type of fencing in Wine Country and LOVED it. Thinking of doing the same railing around the pit, inside the house.

Q

Billede

It may be crazy, but this is the type of roofing material I was thinking about if we ever added a porch across the front of our house, or a covered structure in the rear yard. I like these beams...and by beams I mean the vertical supports.

Q

Billede

Pretty!

Q

Billede

I like details

Q

Billede

Love this planter bed, lawn, look of the wall- actually like most of the photos in this project

Q

Billede

A path cut through the grass

Q

Billede

love these paint colors and overall look- think I may like a more modern pot for plantings, but maybe not

Q

Billede

treehouse

Q

Billede

pretty, rustic

Q

Billede

what if you did something like this along the back wall of the property...or on the side...or somewhere? too many lights on top, but it loooks like such a statement- looks cool!

Q

Billede

secret garden outside my bedroom?

Q

Billede

idea for green wall on east side of property. not crazy about decking underneath but like the green wall and the lower wood wall with banquette

Q

Billede

LOVE this: everything. It looks so organic. stone steps, boulder, METAL retaining walls, plantings, color, lighting!! yes on everything here please!! Possible elevation for secondary patio in South/ East side of property.

Q

Billede

secondary patio idea

Q

Billede

cool. Like this paving material, plantings, and the lighted garden art is great!

Q

Billede

chill. nice vibe. simplicity is good on the pocketbook and good for the soul

Q

Billede

Crazy idea...south/ west corner??

Q

Billede

Idea for view fencing

Q

Billede

horizontal cable railing

Q

Billede

Like the pattern, variance of sizes of these pavers. Like the idea of pavers- not cracking, etc but want a look like this- maybe a bit more color/

Q

Billede

This is cool- idea for planter around existing olive trees?

Q

Billede

Cool modern rustic vibe. I like the top thingy, pavers, garden wall gate wall...maybe with the addition of a ground cover/ fake grass in between concrete pads to soften. Look. What if a steel structure like this ran the length of east property line and where is covered rv it would be covered with a canvas sail cloth and where it was above secondary patio is had a vine trained over it?

Q

Billede

Yes. Love all the plantings, THE BOULDERS, the structure with curtains, yes!!

Q

Billede

Simple idea for second patio, Love the flagstone surrounded by fruit trees

Q

Billede

Like the mixed use of hardscape materials. Nothing looks matchy. matchy or sterile. Lots of green, like the pavers.a lot

Q

Billede

Like these steps

Q

Billede

pretty- might be a little much or might be amazing! mOSTLY looking at the large mediterranean fireplace and cool fountain

Q

Billede

cool idea to define space- curtains. What if we did something simple like this to define space and give privacy along east property line. Would allow us to potentially keep chain link fence and fill in with a green hedge wall.

Q

Billede

simple fire feature- a little boring

Q

Billede

thought for the fountain area of pool

Q

Billede

Entry way garden

Q

Billede

Love this fountain too

Q

Billede

Love this overall look. Organicly shaped planters, a more modern paver material. Love these pavers!!

Q

Billede

I like this a lot- accenting with copper

Q

Billede

Something this simple would make me happy.

Q

Billede

Yes. I like the use of flagstone moving into just DG. I like the beds flanking the paths bursting with groundcover and pots mixed in the garden beds for a pop.

Q

Billede

Like boulders and use of copper- but not sure about all of the copper- just maybe an accent

Q

Billede

Kind of where we are going with blue windows- but would be a brighter white and I like the copper rain gutter

Q

Billede

I like the use of the thingies above the windows! I could see this working on front elevation of house on top of kids bedrooms and/ or running the length of the garage with a vine trained on it

Q

Billede

Gorgeous stone with wrought iron. Love this as a look for pedestrian gate on side of house or even walkway to front of house??
