“Mark did a wonderful passive solar home design for us. We are off the grid in an area that has plenty of nature around it that we did not want to compete with. He worked with us to meet our wishes for a small footprint structure with all the essential living space on one floor with doorways and spaces that could accommodate a wheelchair if the necessity ever arises. He generated floor plans, elevations (interior as well as exterior) and renderings of the exterior so we were able to see exactly what we were getting. It was an excellent set of construction documents completed on schedule and on budget. We are extremely satisfied.”

“Review for Chris Delano - Art of Space Chris did a wonderful job designing our new lake house so that views of the lake can be seen from our main living areas including the master bedroom. We were pleased with his creative ideas which included the use of upper windows that allow extra light to filter in throughout the day. He not only was the architect but was involved in the management of the project. Chris was excellent to work with and he and the general contractor worked very well together. Chris is a gifted architect and a man of integrity.”

She had some wonderful ideas about how we could make it work. Ultimately, we decided to buy another house but are looking forward to working with her on my dream kitchen remodel once we get settled. I highly recommend working with her! She is so easy to get along with and really takes the time to understand what your vision is and advise you on what may or may not work. I was also impressed that she didn't want to advise anymore work than was within our budget, saving me the heartbreak of falling in love with something I couldn't ultimately have.”

“AECm has been a pleasure to work with. I hired them to design a new home with enough space to accommodate our family and growing home-based businesses. They made the entire process very easy. We provided our “must haves” and “wants” and in a relatively short period of time, they provided us with a unique concept that we would have never come up with on our own. The outside of the house is amazing and not your average cookie cutter house. From there, the floor plan was developed to not only accommodate our needs but to make the most efficient use of space. To get everything we wanted and have an energy efficient home is a dream come true. Every aspect of the house is perfect and I can’t thank Tim Nichols enough for making it happen. It’s absolutely beautiful!”
