“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate. We have worked with her on several projects over the years, and there is a reason we continue to come back to her again and again. Kate is incredibly thoughtful and truly listens. She took the time to understand not only what we wanted each space to look like, but how we wanted it to function and feel for our family. Her designs always felt like us—never like someone else’s vision imposed on our home. She has an incredible ability to take our ideas, preferences, and sometimes half-formed thoughts and turn them into something more beautiful and functional than we could have imagined. Just as importantly, Kate was an invaluable partner throughout the entire construction process. She worked hand in hand with our general contractor and with us, helping to manage countless details, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything moving forward. Having her involved from design through execution made what could have been an overwhelming process feel remarkably smooth and manageable. Kate is a wonderful person to work with, which matters enormously when you are spending months making hundreds of decisions together! We have trusted Kate with multiple projects in our home, and we would choose her again without hesitation. We are so grateful for everything she has created for our family and truly cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“We can’t say enough good things about Tim Kerner. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. As first-time renovators, we had a lot to learn, and Tim guided us every step of the way. He’s knowledgeable, collaborative, and supportive, but also isn’t afraid to push back when it matters, which we really appreciated. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and give Tim a lot of credit for that. He helped us think through the big decisions early on and paid just as much attention to the small details—down to things like vanity knobs. He’s thoughtful, easy to work with, and incredibly responsive with drawings. Thank you, Tim!”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent experience building our dream home with Jim and Justin Falisi. From beginning to end, their knowledge, professionalism, and pure talent was evident in every aspect of our project. Jim’s creativity and skill helped us design and modify our plans to perfection, and Justin transformed those plans into a reality right before our eyes. They were in constant contact with us every step of the way, advising us and working with us closely to insure our vision was realized. We initially chose Falisi Inc. for their local experience with township guidelines, but we would recommend them highly no matter where the project might be located. Our experience was the best we could have imagined, and it was a great pleasure to work with this fine team.”
