My husband and I had been thinking about remodeling our master bathroom for a few years, but we took our time to start it because we couldn’t find any designers we liked. However, after we had a consultation with Yuki, we had a good feeling that she would create our dream bathroom. She listened to our desires carefully and she created the design exactly how I wanted it to be. She communicated quite positively with our contractor and directed all the details of her design. Her advice was very professional and precise. Because of Yuki’s aesthetic design style, our dream bathroom turned out to be far better than we expected. We couldn’t go through the remodeling process without her. My husband and I are also planning an addition for our house in the future, and Yuki is the only person we will trust to work on our project again!”

“Collaborating with the Freeform team has been a great experience and we are thrilled with the end result. We contacted the Freeform team after receiving a referral to them from a friend. Carlos and the Freeform team did a great job in gathering as much input from us about how we lived, how we would like our new home to facilitate living that our current home didn’t, and even went into great detail about how we used our kitchen, closets, and more. We received great guidance throughout the process and always felt that we could voice our opinions and desires while also getting good feedback about where we could change or approach things differently that we envisioned so that the resulting home was better. We were offered design options, which we re-iterated on a few times until we landed on a final option that combined the best of everything we were presented with. Similarly, we were presented with permitting strategies and during construction we always felt we received options with enough information so that we could make informed decisions. The only critique we have was that the construction took a bit longer than we anticipated, but the impact of this delay was minimized since we knew well ahead of time where we stood with regard to our schedule/timeline. This allowed us to plan for the extra 2 months of construction. Overall, we’re thoroughly pleased with the interior renovation and our new home.”

The project involved an extensive remodel of my 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse inclusive of footprint expansions (addition of ~75 sq. ft.), relocation of all plumbing and electrical, removal of demising wall, new windows, doors and skylights, and creative solutions designed to maximize space. In particular, Impluvium not only designed an aesthetically beautiful ceiling in the great room, but it also provides layers of light for multiple uses at all times of the day and night, functionally it is a chase which delivers the in-home sound system and HVAC system, and it masks the new structural beam required when the demising wall was removed.
The accuracy and completeness of Impluvium's design and architectural drawings were instrumental in expediting HOA approvals and permits.”
