I'm a budget focused guy and he was able provide thoughtful design solutions that minimized cost while maximizing the wow factor of our design. Our site was extremely steep (think near vertical) and Oscar was able to create an incredibly efficient solution by integrating structural and site design with our unconventional floorplan needs. “Probably the most talented architect on the West Coast! Extremely creative and collaborative. Listenened carefully and paid attention to our needs while still creating a one of a kind design. Started with a typical 70's looking log cabin and made it into modern mountain marvel. Our contractor commented repeatedly about Evan's knowledge of construction procedures and his ability to adapt design to cost efficient processes. A great professional to work with. HIGHLY recommended!!”
