“We've had the pleasure of working with Ken recently to design a custom home. All I can say is that he's an awesome guy! Ken understands the structural, mechanical, and technical aspects of construction inside and out. His drawings are exceptional. (We have received numerous compliments on the plans from contractors.) But he also has an incredible sense of design - from overall concept, to layout and flow, to architectural details, to lighting and interior design. He becomes heavily invested in his projects, and it clearly shows. The quality of his work is far better than many of the high-dollar architects we could never afford. It has been a fun process, we are thrilled with the result, and along the way we made a great friend. What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend Ken to anybody who is looking to build or remodel a house!”

I'm a budget focused guy and he was able provide thoughtful design solutions that minimized cost while maximizing the wow factor of our design. Our site was extremely steep (think near vertical) and Oscar was able to create an incredibly efficient solution by integrating structural and site design with our unconventional floorplan needs.
