“I hired Ridgeline to do a complete buildout of a commercial property for use as a restaurant. To my knowledge, Ridgeline had no prior experience with such a project, but they couldn't have been more professional and competent. Ray Foral, one of the principals, obviously takes great personal pride in every job he does. What I remember most was a professionalism and intelligence that was on a level that you just don't see in the construction industry. By the end of this project, I felt like I had a partner that I could completely trust to make decisions on my behalf. To top it all off, the final tally came in under budget! “Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. We have renovated all of the homes we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been most pleased with Doug. He is a consummate professional and runs a great company. “Pete and his staff designed and constructed a half-bath in our bonus room over our garage. Space was limited with a sloped roof to contend with…Pete designed a plan that worked despite having limited space…Pete’s team handled construction, plumbing, electrical, purchasing, and inspection / clean-up…The crew could not have been more courteous / polite / accommodating.”

“We hired Carson Speer Builders to contract the remodel of our home. From personal experience, I have a long list of contractors not to use, and a short list of contractors that I would use again. I would categorize Carson Speer Builders in the group that I would use again. They do great work, they show up when they say they will. and they return calls in a timely manner. Showing up and returning calls are simple yet rare qualities among contractors. We are very pleased with the results of our remodel and highly recommend Carson Speer Builders.”

“Herb and Chris has performed a number of jobs for me and have done a great job. They are hands on and take a lot of care in their work. They are great with clients and reliable. In subcontracting work to them, I don't have to worry about being on the job everyday to micromanage them. They perform quality work and will ask questions if they run into and issue. They stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them. They are great guys.”

“Middlehouse completed our 4800 sq ft home in December 2012 and we were very pleased with not only the result, but the entire building process. My husband and I are very detail oriented people (engineer & accountant) and as is common with most custom building we had our share of unexpected technical issues. Tavi was pro-active in finding mutually agreeable solutions and in many cases delivered more than we expected. Tavi takes a great deal of pride in delivering a high quality product and was always eager to make sure we were happy. We would be very pleased to recommend him to friends or family building a home.”

“Keith smith builders has completed three projects for our family. In each case they have listened to our thoughts and developed a plan to meet our needs. The work has been done in a timely manner and has been excellent in quality. They have remodeled our kitchen, remodeled a bath, removed popcorn ceilings, painted multiple rooms, and built an outbuilding. If we have any future needs regarding home remodeling Keith Smith Builders will be called on again.”
