Art Monahan visited the job daily and had a project manager working there from start to finish on site, who is also an engineer. Our architect was exceedingly pleased, working with Seacoast during the construction process. All subcontractors who worked on our house, were happy to work for Art and show up for work, while many other builders were having difficulty getting someone to do work for them. “Bill Teutsch was the prime contractor for our kitchen remodel. He met with us to discuss the design objectives and then provided cost estimates for the various options. His prices were competitive with several others, however Bill's methods were much better. Bill met with us as a project partner, not as a salesman. The actual work involved several subcontractors and Bill worked with them to deliver and install the components in a timely manner. The quality of work was top notch.
As an example of Bill's dedication, some of the work occurred while we were away from Sanibel. Our 10 year old water heater failed and Bill arranged for his plumber to replace the water heater at cost to us.
