“As owner, builder and project manager, MARK PATTERSON brings INTEGRITY to every work site, along with trades that he hand picks for skill, responsiveness, honesty and the ability to integrate with the team. Our home is the 5th and by far largest renovation we have undertaken with Patterson Homes --the fact that we regard Mark as highly now as we did before the first renovation attests to a level of mutual respect and collaboration that has turned our home into something truly unique. Something which we will enjoy not just as a fine home but as a reminder of all the wonderful workers Mark has brought to work here. Through all stages from design to completion, this has been a high-fidelity experience. Mark's trades are people he has worked with for decades -- chosen because they are the best in terms of ability as well as honesty, reliability and punctuality. Mark and Mark's people arrive on time and deliver what they promise. As project manager, Mark's brings only those skilled individuals who offer consistently fair prices for excellent work. He encourages direct communication between owners and trades -- and the result is that EVERYONE pays attention to detail. Workers on the Patterson site do not cut corners, and they obviously value and respect Mark. Our home became an industrious and happy construction zone -- and to quote Mark: "It's all good!"..”

“Before the project started we reviewed 8 contracting companies. 20/20 presented a detailed work outline and cost breakdown, and a willingness to work with our architect. Since then the work has proceeded as scheduled with accommodations for extra work. We are pleased with the workmanship, and particularly pleased with Twenty-Twenty's regular crew, and the subtrade workers who have been involved with our addition/renovation. Importantly they clean up at the end of the day.”

“Casey was one of three contractors that I interviewed and received quotes from about installing a large window in a walkout basement. My house is a large bungalow and could have been stressed by the 4' X 8' window cut out through the foundation. He was the only one that felt a steel support beam would be necessary for structural security. He was the only one that presented a formal contract and description of the work necessary even though all contractors came highly recommended by the Renovate magazine and BBB. He was always available to answer questions and explain the renovation. He consulted an engineer and got city permits before commencing with the work. His work was done in a timely manner and within budget. His people did an excellent job matching the soldiering with another window already previously installed during the original construction so that there is a uniformity of presentation. I have recommended him to my friends and do not hesitate to recommend him highly now. If I decide to have more renovations done on my home Cornelis Construction will be the first business I call. I have photos available but don't know how to include them.”

“Recently C & G Group re-created my bathroom transforming it from a 1960 retro bathroom to a modern 21st century dream bathroom. The material and products we purchased were difficult to work with and not common. C & G Group were up to the challenge and performed outstanding work, we were not disappointed. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship was top notch. If you are looking for a contractor, C & G Group will not disappoint you. Their workmanship speaks for itself. I would be amiss if I did not mention the team working at our house for C & G Group. They were polite, professional, clean and did not rush the job. The gentlemen started our bathroom and completed it before moving to another client. This is important because many contractors have lots of jobs on the go and they slice and dice their time between jobs. Not the case with C & G Group. If you are considering a home renovation or building a new home, C & G Group are the team for the job.”

“We purchased a custom home from this builder in 2013 and in 2011 they converted a garage into a self-contained nanny suite for us. They did an excellent job, were always courteous and very knowlegable when it came to current products and services. The homes they build are beautiful and extremely well built.”

“Firstly, I can't recommend Roos Construction highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Roos Construction to finish the basement of our bungalow. My wife is expecting shortly and we wanted the house to be fully finished before the little one arrives. Roos construction quickly designed a 3D model of what our basement layout would be based on our requirements and then started immediatly with correctly insulating the basement, correcting some moisture issues left by the builder and framing for an additionnal custom bathroom in the basement. We knew it would be tight with time constraints but Aaron from Roos Construction absolutely pulled through for us. I also really appreciated how hard they all worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and within our budget. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful, but having Roos Construction as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling him for any future renovation needs we may have. Thank you Aaron, the end result is better then we could have imagined and we truly love the custom shower and the heated floors. Sincerely, Satisfied customers”
