My wife is expecting shortly and we wanted the house to be fully finished before the little one arrives. Roos construction quickly designed a 3D model of what our basement layout would be based on our requirements and then started immediatly with correctly insulating the basement, correcting some moisture issues left by the builder and framing for an additionnal custom bathroom in the basement. I also really appreciated how hard they all worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and within our budget.
