“The Smith & Robertson team designed and built a custom house for us at Wintergreen VA. We started in March, 2012 and finished in January, 2013. We had a great experience designing and building, and are very pleased with the final product. Glenn and Ron are easy to work with and have a can-do attitude. The design was exactly what we wanted. They were able to put our dream home on paper and make it work. They were very creative on where to save money on the project, but also how to include some of the perks we really wanted. The sub-contractors they hired were professional and, for the most part, on time. The building supplies that S & R insisted on using were top-notch. Our "green rating", a big focus for S & R, is a big plus to our new home. We were able to stay within budget. We would highly recommend this wonderful team for design/build.”

“We selected house plans and purchased raw land years before we were ready to start building. I researched A LOT and knew to expect stress and surprises when building a custom home. Once we were ready, we met with a few of the the big builders around here but I wasn’t impressed with the quality for the price.
