As a kitchen and bath designer who's worked with many builders in Southern California, there are very few I would enthusiastically recommend and Scott Hess is one of them. “SCS North did a wonderful job on multiple projects on our cabin, including demo and rebuild of trex decking, removal of second story door with new window install, sanding and painting of entire outside trim and walls. They were very easy to work with from afar, Greg (Sensitive Information Hidden) responded to our wishes and texts along the way. We are happy to recommend them, and plan to use them for indoor work next.”

Very helpful with suggestions, easy to work with, happy to be directed by us, worked within our constraints, helped with odds and ends not in the original project plan. Finished to a high quality and on time despite the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Any issues post completion they were quickly onsite to repair. Very happy”

“We did a complete remodel/rebuild of our home. J Kramer Corp was absolutely amazing...they took us from slab and studs to a completed, beautiful home in 6 weeks! Time was of the essence, as we were living in a rental home and the lease was coming to an end. Joe met and actually beat our time frame! Joe's crew showed up on time and ready to work. Joe was always there to get things moving and managed the project from start to finish. I've worked in real estate for almost 14 years and have worked with many builders, both personally and professionally. Joe Kramer is the best of the best...he is efficient in time/money management, pays close attention to detail and is super nice/professional, as well.”

“Michael was a pleasure to work with, he rebuilt a full kitchen, a wet bath and master bath. In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.”
