Very helpful with suggestions, easy to work with, happy to be directed by us, worked within our constraints, helped with odds and ends not in the original project plan. Finished to a high quality and on time despite the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Any issues post completion they were quickly onsite to repair. Very happy”

“Michael was a pleasure to work with, he rebuilt a full kitchen, a wet bath and master bath. In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.”

Chris was very willing to listen to my ideas and make changes to the plans to make them happen. He is very pleasant to work with-very calm and patient. He definitely knows the construction business and had great ideas when I wasn't sure if something would look good or not. I love my house. Thank you Chris!”

“We recently had our kitchen and master bathroom remodeled. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! Excellent job! It was a professional quality job from beginning to end. The workers were friendly and respectful. Cornelius and Delores' involvement from start to finish was excellent. They were on top of what was going on. They were clean and met all deadlines. The best part of the service was their attention to details. The method of installation and materials used were topnotch. If you need to remodel a kitchen or bathroom, I recommend Delores and Cornelius at C&D Builders Developers, Inc.”
