“We couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship of our new home built by Disney Construction. From our initial visit to our completed home it demonstrated exceptional attention to detail throughout and exceeded our expectations. Mark Disney has been consistently responsive to all of our needs both before and after the purchase and we can always depend on him. The quality of the finishes, from the custom cabinetry to the high-end appliances, was top-notch, and the final product perfectly reflected our vision for our home." My wife and I would highly recommend Mark and Disney Construction to anyone looking for a new home.”

“QFC built an addition on our house that comprised a new kitchen and entrance foyer and large front porch. Our existing kitchen was in the front of the house and building the new kitchen required essentially taking the front of the house off and significant and somewhat complicated framing. The timeline for the project was 4 to 5 months and the project was completed in 5 months, in spite of losing some time due to Covid and an ice storm. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Over 70 workers touched the project at some point or other and we were comfortable having them in our home (we lived there throughout the project). Brett Sipe the QFC president, has an excellent team of employees and sub-contractors. Brett was very pleasant to work with. I know he was very busy with multiple projects but he never seemed in a rush when he met with us and patiently listened to our thoughts/concerns. Brett also followed through on everything that he said he would do, other than needing a reminder once or twice on a small item. The project did come in over budget, partially due to a number of changes that we made during the project and likely also due to cost increases related to supply chain issues. A project such as ours could be very stressful and frustrating but Brett and his team actually made it an enjoyable experience. We would hire them again without hesitation.”
