“We are thrilled with the professionalism and workmanship that Ron and Josh Ricci demonstrated in building our new house. The Riccis attend continuing education conferences every year to keep up with the best practices and materials. We bought a “challenging lot” as one potential builder put it. When Ron saw it, he said, “I like a challenge!” Ron and Josh introduced us to vendors and even went with us as we selected flooring, granite, fixtures, cabinetry, etc. So many choices! Both Ron and Josh have a good sense of what will look great and work well, so this relieved a lot of stress for us. The budgets were manageable. We went under on a few items and over on a few items, but overall, Ron’s estimates were right on the mark. He did not budget the lowest options and what we went over on were our choices. With any surprises, Ron and Josh were always even tempered and calmed any of our anxieties. Finally, we had the house of our dreams. We needed a house with multi-levels for multi-generational living, thus an elevator. It is an Energy Star certified home made of top-notch materials. Not only is the “behind the walls” construction excellent, the Riccis add some very nice special finishing features such as wainscoting in our dining room and a coffered ceiling in the master bedroom. The Riccis are also very conscientious about follow-up. We are celebrating our first year in this new house. Through the year, we have said many times, “I’m so glad we chose the Riccis."”

“They were amazing and wonderful and took care of EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to worry about anything as there was always the lead guy (Mike) on site to do the worrying if anything came up. We completely gutted the back half of the main floor and rebuilt the master bedroom, master bath, powder room and hall linen closet. They completed on time and on budget and always kept the worksite clean. I didn’t have any Sheetrock dust to have to clean up!”

“Sonoma Building Company has built many homes in our market area. They are very talented and perform well in working on unusual projects. They listen to their clients and make their dreams come true. Cabinet Studio has been fortunate to work with such a wonderful team of Sonoma employees. They all bring specific strengths to the table. We enjoy working with Sonoma Building Company because of their eye to detail and the grand nature in which they apply themselves in each project. Homeowners thrive on their special way of nurturing them through the process to the end of the construction.”
