“Tor has done a fabulous job working with me and my builder to design my new home, and I could not be more pleased with the results. She was warm, friendly and supportive throughout the design and build process, while remaining calm, professional and solution focused during the few more challenging moments. She has a fantastic eye for detail, and I really felt that my needs were listened to, understood and then thoughtfully translated into the final design. Communication was excellent from start to finish, both with myself and with the builder, which made the whole process feel much smoother and more collaborative. We've worked with Emma twice (so far!), first on a "Help I'm Stuck" consultancy as we did a brief move-in refurb on our house, and then three years later, she helped us install two new bathrooms. Emma's style is beautiful with an eye to the practical needs of a young family, and fresh without being overly trendy - the styles won't look dated in just a few years' time. “Highly recommended. Liz managed an update to our mid 70s property very competently. She listened to our initial brief and came up with an up-to-date, eclectic design that fully met our expectations. This included new furniture, lighting, carpeting and soft furnishings. She has a terrific contacts list for local tradesmen and project managed a complete redecoration which saved us enormous hassle, as we are new the area. She was very patient in responding to any questions or indecisiveness on our part and called regularly in person to oversee progress.”
