“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. “We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”
