They are on time, on target and on Budget. what we like about Minerva Finishes is they think out of the box. they present eco friendly options and latest products that are superior to big box store products. we have worked with Doug and his team for over 7 years and we will continue to engage for our general contracting, roofing, and his signature superb artistic, faux painting finishes etc.”

“The Cape Islands' team were excellent, and come highly recommended. We had a flood from a sprinker system leak, in the winter, and they were immedatgely on site for the restoration process. Then we hired them to put the house back toghether, with a timeline of early June as we had tenants scheduled. We knew it would be a tight deadline, but we made it. Though out the process, they were very transparant and helpful, and took time to explain everything to us. Bob, the project manager, was excellent and kept us updated through out the entire process. I would highly recommend CApe Islands, just too bad they dont do work in Philly.”

“When the builder I had originally scheduled to do a major renovation did not show up, Turnkey Developers LLC stepped in and not only completed the renovation on time but also with high quality craftsmanship. The principals and the subcontractors were honest, pleasant, prompt and skillful. I am very happy with the finished product.”

“After obtaining quotes and reviewing several contractors for our home remodel, we chose Nailed It Home Construction and Remodel. We're so happy we did!!! Bill and his team exceeded our expectations, working with us to design and remodel our circa 1800's home. We gave them multiple change requests to which they quickly calculated cost and schedule impacts that were reasonable. What we found to be extremely advantageous is Nailed It are licensed general contractors AND licensed electricians. Bills oversight of the entire project from conception to scheduling and ongoing communication to his constant inspection of the ongoing work of his team made for a fun and smooth process. We were still living in our home while the renovation was was being done and the entire team were so friendly and respectful. The final result was beyond what we had originally envisioned. I would 100% recommend Nailed It Construction to anyone wishing to remodel or build! We are still with them to this day as they are our property management company.”
