“Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of construction from framing to finishing. Our house is well constructed and looks fantastic. The contractor helped us with getting the plans that were just right for our family. We also appreciated that he allowed us to "check in" and see the progress of the house while it was being built. We love that our house is "custom" and not like everyone else. Anthony was willing to make us happy and not just settle. “Hired Joe Meloni to do major renovation of shore condo. He has not yet begun the work, but has spend hours with us planning the work and providing detailed estimates. He came highly recommended by our building manager, kitchen designers and interior decorator and we can see why. We are particularly impressed with his responsiveness, recommendations for keeping costs down, and referrals to others for kitchen cabinets, appliances, and flooring. Stay tuned for another review once the job is completed.”

“After obtaining quotes and reviewing several contractors for our home remodel, we chose Nailed It Home Construction and Remodel. We're so happy we did!!! Bill and his team exceeded our expectations, working with us to design and remodel our circa 1800's home. We gave them multiple change requests to which they quickly calculated cost and schedule impacts that were reasonable. What we found to be extremely advantageous is Nailed It are licensed general contractors AND licensed electricians. Bills oversight of the entire project from conception to scheduling and ongoing communication to his constant inspection of the ongoing work of his team made for a fun and smooth process. We were still living in our home while the renovation was was being done and the entire team were so friendly and respectful. The final result was beyond what we had originally envisioned. I would 100% recommend Nailed It Construction to anyone wishing to remodel or build! We are still with them to this day as they are our property management company.”
