It’s very challenging to find someone who can build a cantilever roof. Michael and his crew are experts at those types of structures. The cover Michael built for our outdoor kitchen is stunning. It’s a modern look you can’t get with alumawood. We were not sure that a cantilever roof would work because of the high winds in our area but the structure is very solid. No worries up to 130 mph. Absolutely stunning cantilever roof. Highly recommend Elite LA Patios.”

“My 50 year old poolside wood deck was transformed into a gorgeous Trex deck with cable railing by Arie and his excellent team of builders. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and kindness was a sight to be seen. I was amazed that the demolition, newly built substructure, Trex installation and new cable railing was completed much faster than expected. The project prior to start was clearly explained and this excellent communication continued every morning and at the end of the day. Every work day ended with an impeccable cleanup and tools and equipment were neatly covered with tarps. Most of all I appreciate their integrity. “Needed to provide shade on the south facing patio of our new home. Researched several Pergola installers as i decided on the patio room had the best, especially loved the 10' x 14' pressure treated four beam design. Also got great "preseason" pricing. ollis wood finished the job on date promised and in grate condition. For a months I wanted to expand my patio before installation. During that period we stained all components with solid color stain, certainly easier to stain prior to assembly. The pressure treated wood components were kiln dried so there was no issue with immediately staining. Olis wood Assembled it all it took one and a half days to complete. After the installation was complete we realized the shade provided by the rafters alone was not enough. So I purchased polypropylene lattice panels from them and cut to fit between upper rafters. Result was the perfect amount of filtered shade. Love the look and function of the finished product. Would very much recommend olis wood to anyone they do amazing work !!!”
