“My 50 year old poolside wood deck was transformed into a gorgeous Trex deck with cable railing by Arie and his excellent team of builders. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and kindness was a sight to be seen. I was amazed that the demolition, newly built substructure, Trex installation and new cable railing was completed much faster than expected. The project prior to start was clearly explained and this excellent communication continued every morning and at the end of the day. Every work day ended with an impeccable cleanup and tools and equipment were neatly covered with tarps. Most of all I appreciate their integrity. I look forward to their return next year to redo my ailing wood fence which gets battered by the heavy winds! Diana”

It’s very challenging to find someone who can build a cantilever roof. Michael and his crew are experts at those types of structures. The cover Michael built for our outdoor kitchen is stunning. It’s a modern look you can’t get with alumawood. We were not sure that a cantilever roof would work because of the high winds in our area but the structure is very solid. No worries up to 130 mph. Absolutely stunning cantilever roof. Highly recommend Elite LA Patios.”

“Ashley Farrell was chosen for our landscape project out of a group of five landscapers that we interviewed. She was the most engaged in our project and her pricing was the fairest out of all of them. Her experience was also a very high factor in our consideration of landscapers. We knew going into this major project that it would be a long term job. We had an acre that had to be made beautiful. First, we had to have everything torn out. Then the hard scape had to done, all new patios, new driveway, retaining walls, remodeled pool etc. Ashley worked as our co-ordinator on everything for us and kept us all sane. Ashley was also the only landscaper that we interviewed that was also hands on. She was there everyday and worked as much or more, with her fabulous crew. Phase two is probably going to start in late winter when she transforms our lower lot into a beautiful 20' X 20' fruit and vegetable garden. All in all we were and are very pleased with Ashley.”

“We needed to put in a small little area of pavers for a new addition we had just put in but when Adam came out, he suggested that we also do our front porch and path along the driveway to tie everything together. We had never even thought to do any of that and was very skeptical that we would be spending money on something that wouldn't even look all that great but we decided to go for it and I'm so glad we did. “Needed to provide shade on the south facing patio of our new home. Researched several Pergola installers as i decided on the patio room had the best, especially loved the 10' x 14' pressure treated four beam design. Also got great "preseason" pricing. ollis wood finished the job on date promised and in grate condition. For a months I wanted to expand my patio before installation. During that period we stained all components with solid color stain, certainly easier to stain prior to assembly. The pressure treated wood components were kiln dried so there was no issue with immediately staining. Olis wood Assembled it all it took one and a half days to complete. After the installation was complete we realized the shade provided by the rafters alone was not enough. So I purchased polypropylene lattice panels from them and cut to fit between upper rafters. Result was the perfect amount of filtered shade. Love the look and function of the finished product. Would very much recommend olis wood to anyone they do amazing work !!!”
