“Pulsar Construction recently built a new deck for our home in the South Surrey–White Rock area, and we are extremely happy with the finished project. Our deck has a unique shape and required some very tricky framing to make everything work properly, including crawl space access. Alex came up with a practical design that gave us a beautiful and functional outdoor space using TimberTech PVC decking. Alex is very hardworking and meticulous, and takes great pride in his craft. He was easy to communicate with, explained everything clearly, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the project. We also appreciated how organized he was and how clean the job site was left at the end of every workday. The quality of the finished deck is excellent, and we would highly recommend Pulsar Construction to anyone looking for an experienced deck builder in the South Surrey or White Rock area. This is the easiest 5 out of 5 ranking I have ever given.”

“John and his team were fantastic to deal with. We had a barely usable back yard and provided Jovak with a preliminary drawing of what we wanted. They worked patiently with us over a couple months to dial in all of the finer details and material choices. When the crew came to do the work, things went very quickly and everything was done within the time frame thst was originally estimated and they managed to stay pretty close to the budget. Overall we are thrilled with our new backyard space and would definitely recommend Jovak for your project.”
