“"Compassionate clutter clearing," that is what I would call what she does. She helped me to stay focused on one thing at a time and to make decisions I was finding myself unable to make when trying to do this on my own. I was overwhelmed. I could not say exactly why, I just would look around and know I needed to get rid of things or that I wanted to do something different with a room, and then I would just not know where to start, so I would do nothing. I just had no idea where to start or what to do. So, I decided that I did not know what to do and I needed to find someone to help. I called Maryanne. One of the things I really appreciated was Maryanne's friendly, no judgment approach and that she included my husband in the process. (He was not really bothered by anything and she just made sure she was clear on what was important to him, if anything.) It was a very positive experience and truly lifted a load off of me of feeling unhappy and overwhelmed in my own home. My closet, the basement storage, my living room, kitchen and pantry are all organized and everything just looks and feels better. I am incredibly grateful for this woman's incredible ability and skill and her attention to the mental and emotional, as well as the physical process of space renewal.”

“We shopped around and received quotes from three different companies. Closet Factory was by far the best. Their design process was thoughtful and straightforward. Our designer Rachael respected our time and didn’t waste it with silly upsell options that would unnecessarily drive up the cost of our project. Rachael really listened to what we wanted, added her own expertise and came up with a design that is both highly functional and attractive. We absolutely love it. There is one other really important thing that distinguishes Closet Factory from the competition: their installers were fantastic. The other two companies we received quotes from didn’t handle the entire demo and install process. Instead, they leave it to you to do some of the tear out or patch work. Closet Factory’s installers did the full tear out and install for a 150 sq ft master closet in 6 hours. And their work was flawless.”

“My husband and I had a great recent experience with Organized by Design as we used them for three inside house projects: - Custom closet project: My and my husband's closets were refinished which included shelves, rods and two chest of drawers. Our closets were a little unique in that they required creativity with the size of each of our chest of drawers. The team did a great job! - Office project: We are elated with how this project turned out! Custom, shelving, drawers, bench storage, and a neat and modern desk area! - Laundry room project: This project included a custom counter, electrical, cabinets and a unique area to hang clothes!”

“It is always challenging in todays market to find a company that delivers on time and on budget. Cliff and Gina at Austin Morgan Closets did exactly that! There key design suggestions an knowledge about their product was outstanding. They were seamless to work with and amazing in responsiveness. After using one of the more common closet designers on an earlier project, I wish I had found Austin Morgan closets much sooner.”
