“We shopped around and received quotes from three different companies. Closet Factory was by far the best. Their design process was thoughtful and straightforward. Our designer Rachael respected our time and didn’t waste it with silly upsell options that would unnecessarily drive up the cost of our project. Rachael really listened to what we wanted, added her own expertise and came up with a design that is both highly functional and attractive. We absolutely love it. There is one other really important thing that distinguishes Closet Factory from the competition: their installers were fantastic. The other two companies we received quotes from didn’t handle the entire demo and install process. Instead, they leave it to you to do some of the tear out or patch work. Closet Factory’s installers did the full tear out and install for a 150 sq ft master closet in 6 hours. And their work was flawless.”

There key design suggestions an knowledge about their product was outstanding. They were seamless to work with and amazing in responsiveness. After using one of the more common closet designers on an earlier project, I wish I had found Austin Morgan closets much sooner.”
