She showed excellent ability to take our vision and turn it into something even better. She was very receptive to our ideas and "monkey wrenches." We had just the right amount of control over decisions to not be overwhelmed and to have an end result that was truly ours. Rod, the contractor, took everything we threw at him and made it work. They finished on time, to the day. There were no surprises along the way. Any issues that we identified were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is top notch. The subs were professional and did an excellent quality of work. Our herringbone back splash is the "star" that everyone compliments. The whole team at Northland Design and Build is fantastic and we could not have asked for a better, more trustworthy group to remodel our home.”

It was obvious that we needed a new roof ASAP, but at a price we could work with.
