This modern kitchen includes a drop ceiling, with a floating bulkhead reflecting the islands rectangular shape. For the cabinetry it's all slab doors, creating a very sleek and modern look. We added more detail by using a black casing as well as having another level to the island with a black waterfall run off countertop. Having that white horizontal cabinet above the window really helps tie in the white countertops and also lightens the space.
