Spaces RenewedThis 1970 original beach home needed a full remodel. All plumbing and electrical, all ceilings and drywall, as well as the bathrooms, kitchen and other cosmetic surfaces. The light grey and blue palate is perfect for this beach cottage. The modern touches and high end finishes compliment the design and balance of this space.
Design Results: Creative Coastal LivingA simple bookshelf becomes stately, painted in in just the right hue of blue. The shelves become a gallery of carefully selected and revolving coastal content.

8TFive StudioClient had an enclosed space separated from the rest of the house and became a bottle neck for family functions and daily routines. We explored several options to help visualize the impact to various renovation ideas to create a larger connect between family room, kitchen and dining.

This young man had bought this new house and had never bought furniture to capture his personality or life style. He wanted it casual, comfortable with some sophistication. We gave him a great sectional, wood and iron table and new rug. We added new sconces and two very comfortable swivel chairs for TV viewing. We had the TV mounted over the FP. The lighting is all vintage iron chic. The rugs we added are indoor/outdoor so he has no worries about stains or his dog.

Fun and whimsical family room remodel. This room was custom designed for a family of 7. My client wanted a beautiful but practical space. We added lots of details such as the bead board ceiling, beams and crown molding and carved details on the fireplace.
We designed this custom TV unit to be left open for access to the equipment. The sliding barn doors allow the unit to be closed as an option, but the decorative boxes make it attractive to leave open for easy access.
The hex coffee tables allow for flexibility on movie night ensuring that each family member has a unique space of their own. And for a family of 7 a very large custom made sofa can accommodate everyone. The colorful palette of blues, whites, reds and pinks make this a happy space for the entire family to enjoy. Ceramic tile laid in a herringbone pattern is beautiful and practical for a large family.
