Lord & Lady Construction LLCThis room was converted from a single garage, to the family room for the home. We removed the garage door and replaced it with a front entry Pella Craftsman Light fiberglass door and two Pella windows. We poured concrete on the slab to bring the level of the floor to the same as the rest of the lower level of the home. We removed the steel doorway and part of the wall that separated the garage from the home, so that it would feel more integrated. The whole basement had carpet installed from Home Depot.
