Custom blinds by The Blind Broker reign in the bright sunlight and add a polished, warm, and sophisticated vibe to the formal living room.
With such high ceiling, it was important that the seating area feel grounded and more intimate. This was achieved by: large layered area rugs, hanging the large spider chandelier lower in the room, positioning the drapes in between the lower & upper windows, and matching brass floor lamps for task lighting.
Belltown Design LLCThis homeowner purchased a special piece of local glass art, a yellow orb to be a focal point in the room. The brick wall harmonizes perfectly with the laminate. White colors in the interior connect the space into a spacious, light area.
The furniture is modern and laconic. White sofa with dark cushions, it is a balance of light and contrasting colors for a harmonious experience. A white wardrobe complements the necessary furnishings of the room. The high mirror stands directly on the floor, emphasizing the audacious character of the interior. A bright accent in the decor can be seen in the chandelier in the urban style. The cool atmosphere of the room design is complemented by textile elements such as curtains, carpet.
Paintings with inscriptions refresh the interior, making it modern and original.

Перед вами квартира площадью 50 кв.м, которая ранее обладала совершенно нефункциональной типовой планировкой, узким длинным коридором, маленькой кухней, гостиной, раздельным санузлом. Могло ли это все помешать нам сделать оригинальный, наполненный и эстетически привлекательный дизайн? «Конечно, нет!», - решили мы с хозяйкой и приняли этот вызов, брошенный самим себе.
Формула успеха была беспроигрышной: доверие заказчицы и ее готовность принимать смелые идеи + наши профессиональные решения в области планировки, цвета и стиля. Итог - перед вами.
- избавились от узкого коридора, сделали свободное «дышащее» пространство
- взяли за основу яркие и смелые комбинации принтов, характерные для американского классического интерьера, а также элементы винтажного стиля #эклетика. Такое эклектичное сочетание подошло как нельзя лучше. Высота потолков и небольшая площадь не располагала ни к современным веяниям, ни к классическому стилю с его требованиями к пространству.
-в качестве акцентов в интерьере использовались брендовые материалы, например, обои от ведущих американских и европейских фабрик, а также качественный текстиль. Это обогатило образ интерьера.

Wooldridge InteriorsEarlier this year we completed a kitchen, lounge and bedroom refurbishment on behalf of our lovely client, and felt honoured to be called back to also refurbish their dining room into a cosy snug area recently.
When designing the space, we wanted to repeat similar materials, colours and themes that were in the other refurbished areas so that our client's property had flow and harmony.
We replaced the flooring throughout the house and incorporated a gorgeous sisal rug made from the same material as the main lounge and had the space painted in the same colour as the hallway and had a feature wall installed to provide tantalising texture.
Before doing this, we had the side window safely boarded up so that wall lights could be installed and so that the room regained it's symmetry.
Previously, the window provided only a restricted amount of day light due to the neighbouring property obstructing light, and hence, was redundant of it's primary function.
We decided to install wall lights each side of the television to provide additional lighting that did not obstruct the view of the TV.
Overall, the space was transformed into an indulgent yet gloriously cosy room, perfect for snuggling up, watching a film and welcoming those winter nights in.
