Patti Ryan Interior DesignPunchy prints and pops of pink create a cozy, intimate family room. I get a "sixth sense" feeling about how a room should be used, where the furniture groupings will work best. Pulling from the clients existing pieces and adding in furnishings that are the right scale, form and color, I then add a mix of unexpected details. I like to create spaces that feel personal, comfortable and surprising.

DesignbyRuchiWe converted the erstwhile formal dining room in this residence to a multipurpose room. True to its name, it function as an office, guest room, music room, prayer room and an extension of the living room when the pocket doors are open.
The daybed shown here opens into a very comfortable king-sized bed. The builts in along the window hide the unsightly and yellowed out AC, while creating storage and a place to comfortably sit and read a book with a view to enjoy. The custom seat cushions are silver in a faux leather material. with a modern and linear construction.
On the opposite wall, we have designed a desk niche to create a home office. The pocket doors close if privacy is needed.

Prestige Billiards & GameroomsThe Bedford 12-foot Shuffleboard Table is will provide years of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. The cabinet is made of 1-2/5 inch thick solid Douglas fir with a weathered oak finish. The playfield is made of solid Aspen wood with a 1/8-inch polymer seal and measures 128L x 20"W x 3" Thick. The table has 4 big climatic adjusters for maximum play. Three sets of steel legs with a steel crossbar provide exceptional stability. Overall game size: 145" x 33" x 32". Includes eight pucks (two colors), 1 table brush, 1 can of speed wax, and 2 sets of scoring units.
Golden Hammer ConstructionWe recently completed this whole house renovation in the Katelyn Lane Subdivision inside of Haile Plantation. The customers just purchased the home and wanted to do a major renovation before moving in. We took the cabinets down and removed the pantry closet and a section of the wall to open up the space. We relocated the electrical and plumbing and installed additional lighting throughout. We installed shiplap in the kitchen, living and dining rooms and updated the fireplace with shiplap, a new wood mantel and stacked stone. We installed maple, white painted shaker style cabinets with crown mouldings, light rail and chrome hardware. White San Mamede 3cm granite counters were installed with an undermount sink and a new pull down faucet. Korlok plank floors were installed with new base trim and a full interior re-paint. Tile backsplash, LED accent lighting and new fixtures finish off this beautiful renovation. We really loved working on this one and couldn’t be happier with the transformation!
Ford & AssociatesThis space was so large and the entertainment center was built before they hired our firm. Making the beams light brought a whole different, clean look to the space!
We made the sectional to enjoy the focal fireplace, piano and media, while the swivel chairs face the kitchen area for overflow guests that come for dinner or just comfortable seating to enjoy the morning coffee.

We used calm, cool colors in this sophisticated space with rustic embellishments.
