DeBord Interiors helped with the design and planning for this new construction home from concept to completion. After completing the space planning and layout for this home's floor plan, I specified all the fixtures and finishes including everything from flooring, to cabinetry, to lighting. DeBord Interiors also selected all the furniture and accessories, including a few custom pieces that were built locally for this home.
This new house is perched on a bluff overlooking Long Pond. The compact dwelling is carefully sited to preserve the property's natural features of surrounding trees and stone outcroppings. The great room doubles as a recording studio with high clerestory windows to capture views of the surrounding forest.

The corner of this modern nursery is the perfect spot for a rocking chair for feeding or reading books. The white rocking chair by Pottery Barn pairs nicely with a gray tufted ottoman by West Elm.
