С правой стороны от кровати вместо тумбочки - встроенные выдвижные ящики. Потому что буквально под прямым углом к ним уже выдвижные ящики шкафа. То есть место для хранения есть, а полочки для положить -поставить - нет. Поэтому над кроватью сделана вместительная открытая ниша, с розетками.
Ну а если хочется чаю в постели попить и некуда чашку поставить - тут выручает чудо-пуфик, который в основном живет в прихожей. Но он легкий, перенести - не проблема.

123 Remodeling Inc.For the kitchen, we decided to go with a double-tier upper cabinet to utilize the height of the loft with its very high ceiling. We also decided to go with the Bottle Green cabinet color by Ultracraft that gives an eclectic feel tying in well with the exposed brick and natural wood features. We paired the green with the Rag Bone cabinet color that balanced it out and blended in with the rest of the space, allowing the green and brass hardware to pop. We also extended the lower cabinets and added a wine fridge to better serve the bar area, perfect for entertaining. Finally, the Ventao Gold Quartz countertop with warm veining tied in perfectly with the brass hardware and Black and Brass faucet.

Sean Symington DesignAn existing client of mine approached me to design a small lake house cottage in Port Perry, Canada. The idea was to work with as much existing furniture as possible, while still creating a fresh concept for the space. The home itself was renovated and needed a nod to its turn of the century heritage. We wanted something layered and cosy, while still maintaining a traditional and cottage feel, honouring the interior architecture. The natural linens, pale blue kitchen and brass accents create a warm and inviting weekend retreat in the country.
Alexander KitchensVictorian Style Bathroom in Horsham, West Sussex
In the peaceful village of Warnham, West Sussex, bathroom designer George Harvey has created a fantastic Victorian style bathroom space, playing homage to this characterful house.
Making the most of present-day, Victorian Style bathroom furnishings was the brief for this project, with this client opting to maintain the theme of the house throughout this bathroom space. The design of this project is minimal with white and black used throughout to build on this theme, with present day technologies and innovation used to give the client a well-functioning bathroom space.
To create this space designer George has used bathroom suppliers Burlington and Crosswater, with traditional options from each utilised to bring the classic black and white contrast desired by the client. In an additional modern twist, a HiB illuminating mirror has been included – incorporating a present-day innovation into this timeless bathroom space.
Bathroom Accessories
One of the key design elements of this project is the contrast between black and white and balancing this delicately throughout the bathroom space. With the client not opting for any bathroom furniture space, George has done well to incorporate traditional Victorian accessories across the room. Repositioned and refitted by our installation team, this client has re-used their own bath for this space as it not only suits this space to a tee but fits perfectly as a focal centrepiece to this bathroom.
A generously sized Crosswater Clear6 shower enclosure has been fitted in the corner of this bathroom, with a sliding door mechanism used for access and Crosswater’s Matt Black frame option utilised in a contemporary Victorian twist. Distinctive Burlington ceramics have been used in the form of pedestal sink and close coupled W/C, bringing a traditional element to these essential bathroom pieces.
Bathroom Features
Traditional Burlington Brassware features everywhere in this bathroom, either in the form of the Walnut finished Kensington range or Chrome and Black Trent brassware. Walnut pillar taps, bath filler and handset bring warmth to the space with Chrome and Black shower valve and handset contributing to the Victorian feel of this space. Above the basin area sits a modern HiB Solstice mirror with integrated demisting technology, ambient lighting and customisable illumination. This HiB mirror also nicely balances a modern inclusion with the traditional space through the selection of a Matt Black finish.
Along with the bathroom fitting, plumbing and electrics, our installation team also undertook a full tiling of this bathroom space. Gloss White wall tiles have been used as a base for Victorian features while the floor makes decorative use of Black and White Petal patterned tiling with an in keeping black border tile. As part of the installation our team have also concealed all pipework for a minimal feel.

American Pools & SpasThe Marcus family have optimal seating areas in the pool with a granite top table to enjoy drinks during the hot summer days of Florida. Adding on to the lounging area, the homeowners had purchased and installed a pergola, along with patio furniture to go right beneath it. As well as utilizing their existing outdoor kitchen/grill area that they had before we started the project.
As you walk out of their back door step, it leads right into the steps of their pool. The homeowners have opted in marble - in the color 'Snow White', for their deck and coping, which brings a modern and elegant feel to their outdoor living space. For ambiance, the pool lighting was something they wanted to upgrade. Based on their design, they have upgraded to 4 LED Globrites, which are color changing. The lights are directly positioned towards the reverse arcfalls on the pedestals, making it the focal point of their pool and backyard as a whole.
Another addition to the water features are the 4 deck jets. The deck jets are flushed to the deck and shoots out a stream of water into the pool, creating a tranquil environment of sounds. A fire feature was a must have, so the homeowners went the economical route and installed/purchased their fire bowls from an improvement store. It's a great, decorative piece to finalize the project.
