Central Park West Apartment
The sunken section of the Living Room holds a media system with flat screen monitor concealed in the custom built cabinet. The window seat was designed by the Architect and it is kept warm during winter months by the heating system that it conceals. Recessed window shades are concealed above all the windows and operate at the push of a button.
