Country Cottage Project
Using the existing window space a double hung window has been constructed to mirror existing windows along the building.
The original stone wall has been exposed and repointed and modern kitchen facilities have been installed.
Cupboards are created from recycled timber with exposed shelving which adds to the country feel of the build even down to the curtain under the kitchen sink. Oregon timber is used for all bench tops to create smooth lines.
Feature mosaic splash back with tiled skirting links loosely to the tiled features in the extension and all plastering has been removed and replaced with smooth undulated rendering.
Polish cement floors with aggregate assist with the link between rooms.
