"We wanted our kitchen to be bright and fresh. When we first bought the house it was a small room closed off from the rest of the property. We immediately opened it all up to create an open-concept kitchen, dining and sitting room. This also allowed us to introduce a small WC and utility room at the back. Wall space is limited in this kitchen, so we decided to make the island as big as possible for optimal storage and prep space. It’s practical and pretty."
