This unit is designed around the art deco handles, the stepped theme is carried through the project. The doors, columns and architrave have all been made using the stepped detail, measurements have been taken from the skirting and cornice and used in proportion giving an overall aesthetically pleasing vista. Lighting strips have been fitted in their own recessed grooves. Transformers for these are hidden behind soffit panels at the top of the unit. The lighting has been wired to the mains dimmer switch to the room, offering mood lighting while enhancing desired items on the adjustable shelving. We made are own architrave to scribe to the unit making the unit stand seamlessly within the room.
