Kaimuki Condo
The homeowner wanted to reclaim additional space in the living room, so we moved the peninsula in by 18". The flooring (12x12 ceramic tile) was damaged, and the homeowners selected photograph imprinted laminate flooring. We created a custom cubby to hide the water heater in the cabinetry.
The cabinets in this picture were shelves; the additional storage space cleaned everything up nicely.
The left pillar was a tiny bookshelf, facing into the living room; we faced it to the hallway to make it functional as a shoe rack.
