Lounge renovation and update
The same room, halfway there - now with a new wooden floor, too. The original floorboards proved to have extensive dry rot and some woodworm, so had to be replaced, which was taken as an opportunity to insulate underneath, too.
The new skirting is a bespoke design, aimed to bridge the style of early 20th century (when the house was built) and classic modern.
