Maldon
Eric the owner/designer, came up with the design for himself and partner. Their kids had flown the coop yet often visited along
with friends. Eric wanted to capture the amazing views and to have the home positioned to gain the most out of the solar
passive aspects. The design in principle had a main living area with all amenities and the master bedroom, a linkway with stairs
to the garage and access to a second 2 bedroom guest wing with its own sitting area and bathroom. The home is to be
bunkered into the steep hill, with a garage below and the house above.
