RESTORATION OF THE REICHERT HOUSE & STUDIO / BLAIR-MCADAMS HOME
CAST’s restoration pays homage to the modernist architect’s former Seattle home. It retains its bold graphics and clean lines. A series of renovations had stripped the residence of its original striking presence and obscured much of what makes it special. The playful, sculptural nature of the building is restored while updating the home’s materials and systems and tailoring it to the current owners’ lifestyle.
