The floor is also "new:" ripped out from a condemned house in Greentree, refurbished and refinished with Osmo hardwax oil. We painted a small (3'X4') "hallway" leading to the bathroom and the living room a vibrant orange/red. This plant stand was left when a friend moved away, we got the table at Ikea, and the tabletop is from the scratch-and-dent section, and made the stools ourselves.
