Williams street Loft
This home was formally a factory. In the renovation new windows were installed in existing openings, the garages were opened up to the street and a vestibule or stoop was in keeping with other buildings on the street. The 2 foot thick walls, high efficiency windows, stucco and metal exterior walls and well insulated roof make this a very energy efficient and low maintenance urban home.
