Astrid Gaiser Garden Design, LLCThis garden was an all lawn front yard with a straight path to the front door and a driveway.The new garden is water-wise, colorful, and has a very low need for maintenance. Beautiful paving materials, artful arbors, large boulders, and very drought-tolerant plants come together to delight the owners with their beauty, setting a serene and relaxing mood and inviting them onto their front porch.

JRP Design & RemodelEvery day is a vacation in this Thousand Oaks Mediterranean-style outdoor living paradise. This transitional space is anchored by a serene pool framed by flagstone and elegant landscaping. The outdoor living space emphasizes the natural beauty of the surrounding area while offering all the advantages and comfort of indoor amenities, including stainless-steel appliances, custom beverage fridge, and a wood-burning fireplace. The dark stain and raised panel detail of the cabinets pair perfectly with the El Dorado stone pulled throughout this design; and the airy combination of chandeliers and natural lighting produce a charming, relaxed environment.

JWT AssociatesWe chose a deep soaking tub for the master bathroom. All of the tile is new, from B&W Tile in Los Angeles. The tub deck is marble. The skylight was added to bathe the space in natural light. Fixtures from Cal Faucets.
Living InteriorsFairy lights add night time sparkle to this terra-cotta paved terrace lined with olive trees and scrub oaks. Outdoor dining flows from the living area. Outdoor curtains in Sand Beige are from Sunbrella.
Keith Zars PoolsThis more contemporary pool has a large waterfall, two fire features, and an infinity spa with all glass tiles.

Dynamic Garage DoorBeverly Hills, CA - Our custom made Mediterranean passage gates come in unique designs. This scrolled iron and wood gate was delicately designed to suit the home's architectural character. The swiftly elegant scrolling was forged by hand offering security while the wooden frame makes the gate look inviting and soothing to the eye. This gate was one of several installed at the Ferrari Drive property and specifically made to resonate the garage door which we also designed and built. In the end, the client gave their home a facelift without the million dollar budget. We specialize in custom designed and crafted garage doors, gates and shutters that liven up the curb appeal of any home. We are certainly not the cheapest but we are the best in quality and design innovation!
